We are recruiting for a hard working, enthusiastic and organised person to join our online marketing team based in our Bournemouth office. If you are looking to develop a career in account management and would like a role where you will be given immediate responsibility, this could be the role for you.

The role

In this role you will be an important member of our online account management team based in Bournemouth. Excellent customer service is essential to the success of our business and this role. Your responsibility will be ensuring that our clients our receiving the highest possible service and results from all the services we offer them. Day to day the role will include regular telephone, email and face to face correspondence with our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring all client work is correctly scheduled with the appropriate internal teams. The role will follow clearly defined processes, so it is important that you enjoy being organised and working in an organised way.

Who we are looking for

You will need to be hard working, organised and commercially aware, with proven work experience, ideally in a customer facing role. You will be an excellent communicator with a very positive can do attitude. Very good English skills with a GCSE Grade C or above and a GCSE grade C or above for Maths will also be important. You will need to be very confident in your IT skills, including a very good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.

You will need to be based within an easy commute of Bournemouth, or be prepared to move to the Bournemouth area. You will also require your own transport and a full clean UK driving license.

We are offering a salary of between £14,500 and £20,000 dependent on experience
